At CoCAHM, we have been pioneering culinary education in West Africa for over five decades. Our journey began in 1971 when Mrs. Evelyn Addo-Boye founded the School of Domestic Science and Catering (DOMESCO) with a vision to transform culinary enthusiasts into culinary professionals. Over the years, we've grown and evolved, becoming the College of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management (CoCAHM) in 2021.

Our Legacy

For 50 years, we have been an integral part of the culinary community in Ghana and beyond. CoCAHM has proudly shaped the careers of numerous talented chefs, both locally and internationally. Our impact extends beyond borders, with students hailing from Togo, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, and other nations.
